Will Naruto ever get mad at Sakura?

yes, she likes him a lot in the Shippuden series. she won't admit it, but she is in love with naruto. Yamato even said that sakura loved him, it was in like the beginning of the series.

Yes, and no. In the manga, Hinata and Sakura have both officially confessed their love to Naruto, however, Naruto has not seen Hinata since her confession, and Naruto has not given a yes or no answer to Sakura, as he belives she is lying to herself about her so called love. In the anime, neither Hinata or Sakura have said anything to Naruto about love, although in the Heaven Bridge Arc, Yamato-taichou makes allusions that Sakura harbors feelings for Naruto, but she neither denies nor confirms this.

She does. however, in the Manga it was a fake confession to stop Naruto from chasing after Sasuke. I would say it was a 'protective fib' at best. not and actual confession, even if she does have feelings for him.
