Click "Submit". After you get to the "Submit Art" page go to the "Which File?" section. underneath the large box where it says "no files added yet......" It will have two buttons. Next to the "Add a file" button is "Add text". Click on that and a box will come up saying "Enter Text for deviation" click in that and type away!
Also you can add a file (deviation) too if you want - to go along with the story!
