Most people who answer this are going to say "if a human can do it, its not superhuman" I feel that is obvious so instead I'll explain how to be able to lift abnormally large amounts of weight. You will mainly want to focus on "the big three". Squats, bench press, deadlift. Body building will get you big and eventually strong but powerlifting is what you wanna do to get super strong. You basically want to do a little bit less then the maximum weight you can lift and do 4 sets of 3 reps. Google powerlifting or strongman training 4 more tips.......
