I've seen two fonts that are called Betsy. One of them is made by an old foundry called enStep, and it's a copy of the Park Avenue font. If you were designing an invitation to a party with a Mafia theme, this font would be nice. The other one looks like typewriter keys. I have no idea whatsoever why you'd want this.
The history of the Betsy font includes the fact that it was created by Ray Larabie. It was created in a PC True Type format.

Field & Stream uses a custom font for its logo and branding. The font is not available for public use or download. It may be best to reach out to the company directly for more information.
There is no 'best' font for 'very tiny' text. Web (W3C) standards discourage really small font use on the web, generally speaking it's best avoided. Most browsers allow users to zoom text sizes, so a font's size is totally customisable by the end user.

It would be best to use a font that everyone knows of and has by default on their computer such as Times New Roman or Arial. If you do use a custom font that you expect very few people to have then you should link to the font on your domain or on an external server If you know the coding you can even do this without the person knowing the font on your website is stored on the internet.
