Pg.7
One before Battle School, right after he got his monitor taken out, Stilson.. ends up dying. One in the Space Shuttle, Bernard, breaks his left arm. And then two times in Battle School.. Bonzo tries to fight gang up on Ender in the bathroom and he gets beat up pretty bad, ends up dying. There's also before Bonzo, when Commanders sent their soldiers to Ender's evening practice, to try and stop him, they tried to fight but because of the null gravity, everything went wrong. They lost and Ender got some good punches in.. drew some blood. So I guess all in all, four times. (And Ender never knows that he killed anybody)
The novel takes an omniscient perspective opening outward from Andrew Wiggin's (Ender's) perspective, but it is punctuated by conversations between characters who are at first unknown. As the novel opens, two characters are discussing a boy and his older siblings. One says, "I tell you, he's the one." The other voice is not as sure, but he acquiesces to the first's request to "take him," because they're "saving the world, after all." Already we learn of "the buggers," or Formics, the alien enemy. Andrew (Ender) Wiggin has been wearing a "monitor" that permits the authorities to understand his experiences from the inside. He has it taken out on the day that the book begins. Ender is extremely smart for a young boy. For instance, he understands that the nurse is lying when she says that the removal of the monitor will not hurt. He is also very cynical about such things: "Sometimes lies were more dependable than the truth." Ender turns to inner discourse about whether his brother Peter will stop hating him now that Ender is without the monitor. But Ender decides that Peter will never leave him alone. During the monitor removal, Ender feels intense pain. He needs a shot to stop the pain and muscle spasms, and the doctor is angry that "they" left the monitor in for so long. Eventually, the drug wears off. Ender keeps looking around for something without remembering what he is looking for. When Ender returns to class, the other kids whisper about the fact that his monitor has been removed. After school, several of the kids, including the lead bully, Stilson, taunt Ender. Soon they physically attack him, but Ender manages to manipulate Stilson into fighting him alone, playing off his pride and taunting, "it takes this many of you to fight one Third?" (Ender is the third child in the family, and Thirds are looked down upon.) When the others back off, Ender kicks Stilson, taking him by surprise, and drops him with the kick. Then, Ender walks up to him and kicks him several more times, making the point that he will win decisively so that no bullies will attack him again--the others will be far too afraid of Ender to try anything. After the fight, Ender sits down and cries until his bus comes, afraid that he is becoming vicious like Peter.
Peter Wiggin, Ender's older brother. This is ironic because, growing up, Peter was always vile and cruel and Ender was nice. Then Peter ends up saving a world while Ender destroys another.
That is a question that has held great importance in the book. Who is Ender's true friends? It's hard to say, one way of looking at it, he has no friends. The other children look up to him, follow his example. But who does Ender look up to and count on? Also you could say the teachers are the enemies, for they manipulate him. Later on it seems that Humanity is Ender's enemy. But that is only after the writing of the 'Hive Queen'. It is clear that Bean, Petra, Hot Soup, and Crazy Tom are close to Ender, but does that mean that they are his friends? I hope that my questions have given you the answer you were looking for.

Rose is intimidated by Ender's confidence and ability to stand up for himself. He senses that Ender is not an easy target for bullying and that confronting him might lead to consequences. Additionally, Rose likely understands that Ender's reputation and skills could make him a formidable adversary if provoked.
In Ender's Shadow Bean talks to Shen ( Ender's first friend) who says that " Ender wakes up the good inside you", which is actually quite lyrical. Also, when given a battle two days in a war he finds that flattery is helpful.
Well, there is bullying directed toward Ender from Ender's brother, and from kids at school, and from kids in battle school. Ender defends himself and kills two people. Both of the deaths are accidental, but are very violent on purpose. Ender knows that if he only lightly wounds either enemy that they will turn around and hurt him again... so much that his life would be in danger. There is a lot of violence against aliens as well, although Ender doesn't know that it is real. He is just trying to win the game.
Dink Meeker informs Ender that his battle against the "simulated" Formic fleet was actually a real-life battle against the actual Formic forces, and that they had unknowingly wiped out an entire Formic colony.
