Who would win Batman or spider man?

This one is very close if not at all impossible to answer as both are virtually equal combatants well according to the crossover there was no winner. But lets consider there are both excellent fighters both smart though caps no genius but that wont factor into the fight much. Im a major batman fan and also a cap ill try to not be biased i will just explain what i believe. So cap has a kevlar type uniform that offers him some protection a virtually indestructible shield which he wields like no - one can, able to hit multiple targets and still be able to return his shield. Batman on the other hand has virtually anything and everything at his disposal for nearly all situations and an awesome costume that provides moderate protection. Both are world class fighters, now if its cap fighting without his shield he loses, If batman dosent have his gadgets hypothetically speaking then the fight is alot harder. Ok so if its just hand to hand i will have to give it to batman considering he knows many more Martial Arts than captain america and the fact captain america incorporates boxing into his fighting style where as batman is a ninja. in that matter batman would win BUT cap has the super soldier surem so cap would win 6 out of 10. Bat has every gadget but cap has the heart. and not only that but cap is always aware of his surroundings just like bat so in most situaitions it would be difficult to say.

One person may say: Duh!!! Batman would because he would use his awesome fighting skills against some guy who can run fast and shoot webs.and batman wasn't a nerd i mean i should say never a nerd!!! And batman has dated more women... In conclusion... Spider-Man could never win.

I, on the other hand, would say:

Scenario 1:

Batman would lose if he were caught in a fist fight up close and personal. He doesn't have Spider-sense, but Peter Parker does.

Add in the fact, if Peter Parker so much as glances a blow off Bruce Wayne's skull at close range, Wayne will sleep until the middle of next week, for sure. Assuming Bruce doesn't hemorrhage to death.

Scenario 2:

Spidey would likely lose eventually, if he gives Bruce Wayne the smallest room to plan ahead an attack.

Scenario 3:

IF a fight were to break out, Batman's nightime compatriots would probably save him.

Now, I would like to see Batman's rodent family compatriots face off in a fight against Spider-Man at the same time. That's a Fight I'd like to see: Spider-Man versus Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl, and The Batman all at once.
YES!!!... spiderman couldn't last 10 min. Spiderman only has spider webs, but batman has awesome gadgets big cars and motorcycles and planes. Spiderman wouldn't last a second!!!
