There are two probabletys. Gaara is a really good kazekage and his peoples' love him. In that case even if he doesn't fall in love with some one the elders of suna will find some one to marry with gaara and then after marriage he will love his wife and the second one is just like gaara fan fictions he will meet certain one girl in the future and then little by little start falling in love with her and so she will and soon he find out that he love that girl so much and then he will propose her and they will be together. personaly I think that girl will be from suna infact that girl can be Matsuri.
