Sure. You can have a real gun, too. The bit about the supposed federal law prohibiting firearms in the CMV - entirely false. I'll bet you a week's paycheck you can't find this supposed law anywhere in the FMCSR or any FMVSS guidelines - because it does not exist. Laws for carrying a firearm in a commercial vehicle are the same as they are in any other vehicle, and these laws vary by state. Now if you're prone to delivering on military or government installation, or if you cross the border into Canada, I wouldn't recommend it.
No
No. Florida wouldn't pass any such law unless it was passed as a part of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations first. As it, the FMSCR has no requirement for commercial vehicles to have air conditioning.
No, there is no such requirement for commercial vehicles in any state.
Yes they are providing the projectile cannot go outside the property.
You can get a Class A CDL without air brakes - you'll just have a "no air brakes" restriction which prohibits you from operating a CMV equipped with air brakes. The vehicles you road test have to be commercial vehicles subject to FHWA regulations - recreational vehicles are exempt, so you cannot get a CDL with one.
No; their ammunition is too big and dangerous to be shot at people. Only airsoft guns are allowed in airsoft.
No airbags are not mandatory on all vehicles. In the united states airbags are mandatory on vehicles under 8500 gvw(gross vehicle weight rating), but might be standard/optional equipment from the manufacturer.
The advantages in using them in large commercial vehicles aren't necessarily present in small passenger cars.
In some countries, to be permitted to operate an air brake equipped vehicle, your licence must show an endorsement which permits you to. In the US, "air brake endorsement" is actually a misnomer - there is no air brake endorsement on a US licence. If a CDL driver does not pass the written air brakes test and conduct their road test in an air brake equipped vehicle, they get a restriction prohibiting them from operating an air brake equipped commercial vehicles. However, this is only applicable to commercial vehicles - operating a non-commercial vehicle with air brakes requires absolutely no qualification, whatsoever.
NO! They are not allowed to be brought on commercial flights by civilians. An Air Marshal is probably allowed to bring them on because they are alsoauthorized to carry regular firearms on flights.
Some objects that use compressed air include pneumatic tools (such as nail guns and air compressors), inflatable objects (such as tires and sports balls), pneumatic systems in vehicles, and air cannons in entertainment and industrial applications.
There is no such requirement. According to the FMCSA, a Commercial Motor Vehicle is defined as being in commercial in nature, and having a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 10,001 lbs. and higher. So most 1 ton pickups fit this guideline when they're used for commercial purposes, and those don't have air brakes.
