You should be able to on most but there are many classes of motor homes and towing capacity differs, if it's on the lower side, even if you can you may not want to. Gas mileage on a MH is already abysmal, who wants to get 10 mpg and go 45 on the freeway. Look up towing cap on yours and curb weight on the truck is about 4k pounds so you're going to feel it.
