The 325 could have had one of the following decks. 38", 44" Mulch, 48", 48" Convertable or a 54" deck. The most common however were the 48", 48"C and the 54".

To change the clutch in a John Deere 325 lawn mower tractor, start by disconnecting the battery and removing the mower deck for easier access. Next, remove the drive belt and any necessary covers to expose the clutch assembly. Disconnect the old clutch by removing its mounting bolts and electrical connections, then install the new clutch by reversing the process, ensuring everything is securely reattached. Finally, reassemble the mower deck, reconnect the battery, and test the clutch operation.
Well it depends on the excavator. John Deere makes mini's all the way up to large excavators.
