Flasher modules are normally near the fuses in the fuse box.
I'm fairly sure it is one of the modules pluged into the seconday fuse pannel (located by the feet of the passanger behined the Black pannel).
On a '90 Lebarron, it was hidden up under the dash on the right side of the steering wheel. An easy way to locate it is buy the part then match it. However, I believe the original was brite orange, and maybe the replacement was black. It did not look like typical flasher modules. It was rectangular, plastic covered.

Before replacing the flasher you should check the fuses inside the car and in the engine compartment including fuseable links, then check for voltage in the flasher connector with the switch on, it may be that your switch is the problem. Newer cars use lighting control modules which would be the next place to check.
The powertrain computer, engine and transmission, is located inside the left front fender. You remove the tire and fender liner to access. There are also abs and front control modules under the hood. Inside the cab there are door modules, airbag, air conditioning, instrument cluster, and key/theft modules.

what r the modules
In a 1998 Cadillac Catera, the airbag modules are located in several key areas. The driver's airbag module is housed within the steering wheel, while the passenger airbag module is located in the dashboard, typically behind an access panel. Additionally, side airbag modules may be found in the front seats. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for precise locations and safety precautions when working with airbag systems.
If you mean the Constant Control Relay Module, it is located under the air filter.
