Not unless they had 'remote access' to your computer while you're connected to the internet. Law enforcement agencies, however, have software able to 'interrogate' your hard-drive - and see exactly what you've been doing up to that point - without knowing your log-in name or password. If they seized your machine - no amount of passwords would stop them seeing what you've been doing.
Look at your browsing history and see what sites they have gone to. Internally, you really can't tell, but if you share a computer you can always password protect your hard drive and set up two separate accounts within the computer so each of you has their own section. And if that doesn't work you can take it to a computer expert.
Bottom line: you probably can't. There are monitoring programs, but you pretty much need to have them installed BEFORE the fact.
