Technology can change our way of communication by creating the new Devices like (Computers, Smartphones..etc) which makes life easier but decrease our social lives and prevent us from doing unneeded things like for example i want to talk to an old friend so i have 2 ways go to his house and talk to him face to face or i can simply sit at home and text him and voice/video calls are also available from most of the smartphones and computers so this change our personalities to more of a shy person than a social person who talks to people everyday and since this guy talks to people everyday like a usual thing it makes the communication easier for him because he is used to it while people who are sitting at home and texting or voice chatting with their friends won't handle a problem that requires talking to a person face to face because they are not experienced and they do not know how to solve the problem or talk to strangers while people who do talk to people face to face will know how to handle that, this is not just for problems this is also for making friends for example if you're the kind of person who sits at home and text the whole time you wouldn't know how to make new friends and get to know new people and you probably won't dare to talk to new people because you just don't know how to start a conversation while others who talk to people on a daily basis will find it fun and easy to communicate with others whether their people you know or strangers.
Yes, there are many words now because of the addition of new technology. Some examples would be input, output, data, desktop, pics, netbook, CD, blueray, internet,
links, icons, spam, bookmarks, download, upload, hard drive, computer chips, MP3, texting, email, LOL, BRB, web address, dot com, readers, shuttle are just a few words. Some were all ready in the language, but the use has changed. Spam is a good example. It use to be can meat and now it means an annoying ad or mail. Words have also disappeared one I can think of is splashdown. Before the shuttle the men returning from space would "splash" down into the ocean to have a navy ship pick them up.

Language relies on words, grammar, and conventions to convey meaning, while technology involves the creation of physical or digital tools to perform specific functions. Both language and technology play crucial roles in human society, facilitating communication and innovation.
