How has the Internet changed our lives Was life better before the Internet?
I would like to know your opinion. What would we expect if there was no internet? Would there be a pandemic? Covid19 would not have come to our world?

- Not constantly connected to work - you wouldn't receive emails from you boss at 6 am with an expected reply; they'd actually wait for you to get to work before approaching you.
- Enjoyed dinner conversation with friends cause they're not texting, checking out their emails or updating their facebook status.
- Didn't hear phones ringing in the movie theatre.
Cons of life before Cell phones
- If you're car broke down, you'd have to walk to a gas station to call for help.
- If you wanted to know the answer to the question, you had to do research at the library to find it. Not check out wikipedia.
- Lost you had to use a map - now phones have GPS.

∙ 13y agovery boring and dull and it was hard to get in touch with people though you would meet people in local shops and talk to them then
If there wasn't the great invention, the telephone, it would be hard to communicate with others and we would not be able to talk to each other when we are far apart... the telephone has made a big effect on humans!

Life would be more complicated then ever. People would have to send letters and it would take longer then on the telephone. Or they could just meet in a place. It would just waste time and it could be spent on other things like having fun or doing work.

You had to wait to find out things. People were a lot more patient.
You were not "on a leash". No interuptions, no noisy annoying ringtones, you could go to the movies and actually enjoy it.
I liked it better then. But I also like the conveniences that it provides now.

With that we can figure out if the Earth ever gets over populated, which planets we can live on. Also we can try to find life on other planets and learn how they can adapt in their environments.

An example would be the earth, we thought that the earth was flat but we later found out it was round. And also for technology, television and the radio have brought us culture.

The Internet helps make our lives easier by providing all the information a person would need in there daily lives e.g if a person wants to know how to cook they can go on line and check it on a cooking website just type in the food you want , if a child needs help with homework they can check it on line on a history website ,you can have video conferences and calls online ( skype ect.),it answers almost every question we can think of and if your reading this right know this is another thing the Internet helped you do :)

well, before the 'internet' we would have had many less ways to and very little entertainment facilities so really it changed our live by just providing us with more ways of doing things for and e.g contacting people through emails and msn, finding vairious information, and entertainment (youtube and other popular sites).
