By using a video converter after downloading. These can be obtained from a number of sites such as - Tucows or Download.com.
yes i use it to watch movies on my computer
It depends of the type of the file and the quality. In a regular divx (avi) format a movie of 1h30 will take around 800 MB, so in 58 GB you could store more or less 72 movies.
A 4 GB flash drive can hold approximately 2,200 7 megapixel JPG images at maximum quality, 1,000 MP3 songs or six full-length movies in the Divx format. Any combination of file types can be stored on the same flash drive.
Depending on the format of the movie, ,avi, mpeg4, divx, etc., you'll need to get editing software of some type. It might consist of different programs like a file combiner and then editor. You might also want a converter for changing one format into another as well as buring software for your computer, depending on its capabilities. It's all possible, but you didn't supply the specifics. You can get almost all (if not all) of the software you need in the internet in the form of freeware or shareware. You just need to put some time in and research it and then experiment until you get the results you want. You'd have to use a video editing software to merge both video streams into one in whatever effect you're after, maybe split screen or small first video frame inside large second video frame, etc..
It should be smaller than normal theatere as the room size is smaller and number of audience is less than 300 in each AUDI. The benefit of small screen is that we can even run movie with a LCD projector and a HD player (blue ray or MP4 like divx, Xvid) where in normal theatere with big screen requires film pojectors. Muliplex can run a movie with a 2048 x 1080 resolution which slightly higher than HD video (1920 x 1080)

One can download DivX from the DivX website. You could also talk to a family member to see if they have a copy for you to borrow and install on your computer.
Any reputable DVD/VCR players should be able to play DivX movie format.

DIVX movies can be found available for download on certain websites. It is worth noting though that downloading films is fraught with legal issues due to copyright laws. It is also possible to convert existing AVI files to DIVX.
Philips Dvp520 does not support DivX format unfortunately. When you use Nero to burn movies, use the Movie function ( it will convert automatically into a format that your DVD player does support ). The only con is, you are only able to put 1 movie onto a DVD at a time ( divx would support up to 5 movies covering 700MB per movie).

Not many camcorders these days are able to output in DivX, but there are some Canon ones that can, I believe.
