4pairs 8 wires
There are four wire pairs. White/Blue - Blue, White/Orange - Orange, White/Green - Green, and White/Brown - Brown. Only two pairs are used in Cat5 networks.
Twisted pairs
RJ11(Registered Jack-11) has 4 to 6 pins. Generally 4 ports are there in RJ11.
Twisted pair cabling has 4 pairs of wires (8 wires in total), but 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX requires only 2 of those pairs (4 wires in total).Exams will often try to trick you by asking questions like 10baseT uses how many pairs so you think you're being asked how many pairs does it have? When really you're just being asked how many pairs does it use.
Inside the computer, the various ground wires are black. Computers use direct current inside. The wiring color differs from AC, where both red and black wires are hot wires, white is neutral, and green or bare is ground. In a computer, the red and yellow wires are positive wires of different voltages.
The standard color code for home wiring is black for hot wires and white for neutral wires.
The standard color codes for house wiring are black for hot wires and white for neutral wires.
In house wiring, the standard color code for identifying black wires is black, and for white wires is white.
In a typical household wiring system, the standard color coding for electrical wires is white for neutral wires and black for hot wires.
The standard outlet wiring colors used in electrical installations are black for hot wires, white for neutral wires, and green or bare copper for ground wires.
Electricity MUST flow in a complete circle to work at all; so most wiring is done in pairs.

To wire Cat5 cables for networking, follow these steps: Strip the outer insulation of the cable to expose the inner wires. Untwist the pairs of wires and arrange them according to the T568A or T568B wiring standard. Insert the wires into the appropriate slots of an RJ45 connector. Use a crimping tool to secure the wires in place. Test the cable using a cable tester to ensure proper connectivity.

To wire a Cat5e jack correctly, follow these steps: Strip the outer insulation of the Cat5e cable to expose the inner wires. Untwist the pairs of wires and arrange them according to the T568A or T568B wiring standard. Insert the wires into the appropriate slots on the Cat5e jack. Use a punch-down tool to secure the wires in place. Test the connection using a cable tester to ensure proper connectivity.
To wire a Cat 5 cable for network connectivity, follow these steps: Strip the outer insulation of the cable to expose the inner wires. Untwist the pairs of wires and arrange them according to the T568A or T568B wiring standard. Trim the wires to the appropriate length and insert them into the RJ45 connector. Crimp the connector onto the wires using a crimping tool. Test the cable to ensure it is properly wired and functioning.
RJ-11 is the standard connector utilized on 2-pair (4-wire) telephone wiring
