Yes they do, but they are hard to find. I've found ones for 24 x 24 diffusers, but can't find one for a 48 x 4 inch diffuser!
Could be several things, if it is a desktop be sure that it has enough space around the case to provide for good airflow, a couple of inches on the back and one side is usually enough. Check your vents for dust, if you see dust and other gunk get some compressed air in a can and blow it out. Open up your case and check for dust built up around the fan and heat sink (this looks like a series of metal fins) blow out with compressed air. Listen to your computer and see if the exhaust fans are kicking on. You normally have to wait a little while for them to start running, if they dont kick on replace them! If you are using a laptop be sure it is sitting on a hard surface if you leave resting on your bed or couch it will resrict airflow to the fans, casuing it to overheat, also blow out vents with compressed air. Dont try and take it apart unless you know what you doing though! If your computer has been overheating often your processor could have sustained damage. If you fix the overheating issue you may find that your p.c. still acts wacky. You might have to replace your processor, or even other componets depending on how hot it actually got!!
The flashing amber light on a Dell PC means there is a power problem between your power supply and motherboard. Chances are its the power supply, but it could be the motherboard too. Typically this will happen when the PC is put under high-heat, bad ventilation, or dirty/dusty vents.
The statement about physically protecting your computer that is false is "data line surges can be blocked by using a computer sound". Statements that are true include that it is best to unplug your computer during a storm and placing your computer in such a position that the fan's input vents are not blocked is important.

A HOME OWNER SHOULD CLEAN THEIR VENTS A MINIMUM OF THREE TIMES A YEAR. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR AIR QUALITY AND PERSONAL HEALTH.
There isn't a definite answer to the question. It depends on the situation. If there is moisture (which can promote mold growth) in your ducts, you should do it once or twice a year, but the general recommendation is that your vents and ducts should be cleaned every two years.
Yes. Do it every 1 - 2 weeks once.
In a car, just spray a product called BG Frigi Fresh in the vents once a year. In a home, that depends on the home and where you live but regular duct cleaning is probably unnecessary for most householders.......... Talking about my home air vents and wondering how to clean them, can I rent a machine to do it, how much should that rental cost, and how long should it take with 5 air ducts?
NO.
Thanks for answering the question Should ceiling vents be directed towards the window or the room? NOT
should be on floor.
Probably around the heat/AC vents. Moisture can settle in and around the vents from condensation and turn into a breeding ground for bacteria. Often the vents are in the ceiling and get overlooked during cleaning.
Vents should be situated near windows. Windows that are north or west facing should get a vent before a south or east facing window would get one. (Assuming that the vents also supply heat.)
No, but they all should have.
in the floor.
