Replace the power supply. Power supplies are pretty inexpensive and usually range $40-$60 for 400watts. Recommend you replace this as soon as possible. NOTE: the power supply is one of the four components which require a fan as it builds up alot of heat. The other three are processor, video card, and the case itself.

Get a new power supply or try and liquid air it out so that all the dust can get out. if that still doesnt work get a new one. you dont want your computer to start on fire
