Ironside is a great company to use if you're looking for a good gaming computer. I've bought computers from companies like IBP, CP, and DS, and Ironside has been the overall best so far. Considering Ironside can actually ship a working computer. Personally, I've never had any major problems with DS, but DS charges way too much for what they're asking, which is why I switched to Ironside. So far, I've ordered a computer for myself a little less than a year ago, and my son ordered a computer a few months ago. Both computer arrived safely, and are still running great. The only negative thing I can say about Ironside is that they don't have as much of a selection on their website as some other companies. You have to call in to place an order if you don't see what you want.

It depends, Ibuypower is a mixed bag. You can get a great computer and never have any problems or you can get a lemon and have it be your worst nightmare. Your best bet would be to look into smaller companies that put more focus on the quality of their computer and not quantity. You might want to take a look into another company called Ironside Computers. They're not as popular as Ibuypower, but they do a great job getting you a working computer. So far I have not heard one bad thing said about them.

Yeah, they're a good company, I've bought two computers from them, one for me and one for my wife. Mine arrived in pretty good condition, and I was able to boot it up without any issues. The computer for my wife arrived in pretty bad shape. It looked like UPS dropped it off a building. When we first tried to boot it up, Windows wouldn't boot at all. So, I called their customer service who instructed me to reinstall Windows, and walked me through how to do it. After the fresh install everything booted up perfectly and after six months of using it, my wife hasn't had any troubles since then. Overall, very happy with this company, not so happy with UPS.
