Well, first off..... Is it plugged in? Is the switch on the back turned on? Please supply more information.

Nothing is wrong, someone inadvertantly held the ctrl + alt key down and pressed one of the arrow keys. thanks you saved me i was using my moms computer and yeah i fell asleep and it scared me when i woke up:)
