My computer gets really slow sometimes after I plug it in so then I have to restart. Why does this happen and how do I prevent it?

I think there are few reasons for<a href="http://www.techyv.com/questions/my-computer-goes-slow-time-work">running slow your computer</a> that are given below :
1. Low HDD space
2. Low RAM memory
3. If you clear temporary files, i think the problem are cleared. Go to 'run' and write '%temp%' and then delete the files.
4. Also uninstall the unusual software.
5. Using Registry clener software is better.

Or if you were already playing the game then you will lose where you were and have to restart unless you saved the game.
