As far as I know, VFR flight is not permitted now in Class A airspace abobe FL180. The IFR cruising altitudes both before and after RVSM (between FL180 and FL290) is even FL's for westbound and odd for eastbound, with 1000' separation. The current rule as listed on the FAA's official website simply says: 91.159(b) When operating above 18,000 feet MSL, maintain the altitude or flight level assigned by ATC. The old Part 91 rule did specify VFR cruising altitudes above 18,000 MSL. It was: Up to FL290: On a heading of 0 through 179, any odd FL plus 500'. On a heading of 180 through 359, any even FL plus 500'. Above FL290: 0-179, start at FL300 and increment 4000' (300, 340, 380, etc) 180-359, start at FL320 and increment 4000' (320, 360, 400, etc)

No. I can't wait anymore.
The correct one is quite high. If it is higher, then it wins already, and doesn't need anymore explanation.
The colon isn't really used anymore. It used to be correct, but now it isn't considered grammatically correct.
