Sometimes my PC plays you tube instanly sometime it takes forever?

This is entirely the fault of YouTube. Youtube does not host all of it's videos on a single server, but rather hundreds of different servers. If many, many people are watching a movie or the movie is 'back-ended' on a slower server, it will load much more slowly.
The speed of your internet connection and the size of the movie will also have a major impact. Larger, high-quality, and longer movies will take much longer to download and play than smaller, lower-quality movies.
