MotherBoard - Used for Interfacing between CPU and Devices/Main memory.
RAM- Temporary storage used for holding information such as program variables or loading information. Also hold operating system, once it has been read into ram from hard drive.
Graphic Card - Used for Displaying Graphics on a PC monitor.
Hard Drive - Used for storage in a Computer System. Holds Permantent information.
Power Supply - Used to power computer devices and components.
Optical Drive(DVD Drive ect) - Used for reading and writing to optical media.
Solid State Drive (SSD) - Used for storing important information (Such as your OS) allowing it faster boot and read times.

(Stores information slowly but retains it after the power is cut)
