i think to have the perfect bedroom, especially if you are a teen, you need the key things, and then the optional things:
key things:
1. a funky bed, like a water bed or a chair bed.
2. posters, photo frames and a few pictures to add some interest to the walls or maybe get your friends to sign their name on your wall
3. a big wardrobe, or set of draws for the clothes
4. a desk for homework, drawing and a computer
5. a tv :o always needed
and then there are the optional things:
1. a beanbag or chair, or even better, a sofa bed so you can have your friends round for a sleepover
2. a mini fridge to store things like coke and chocolate
3. a shoe rack for your shoes
4. a rug on the floor and tonnes of pillows on the bed :)
5. fairy lights, beads on the door, a chandelier, etc
6. glade plug ins or scented candles
7. a games station to play on
8. something other of your interest such as a boxing set, or candy dispenser
