There are online robots that use supercomputer to learn new information threw typing (text) not spoken words. Windows 7 and Vista have vocal recognition software which enables you to speak words and it types it into programs such as Microsoft Word. They do make mistakes as the technology isn't perfected yet.

You cannot really talk to a computer, however you can tell a computer to do comands by typing. go to start-run-(type in cmd)
