Check the cooling fans for the computer case or power supply. Also for the CPU chip and the graphics chip (if it has a fan). If they are not working, they should be replaced or taken to a qualified service person to take care of the problem. If there is a filter in front of the fan it should be free of dust and dirt. If necessary clean the filter as well as any dust on the fan blades.
Sometimes people overclock the CPU to make the computer faster. Overclocking makes the CPU faster but also makes the chip run hotter. It may need a better cooling device to drain away the additional heat.
If it overheats (the fan is blocked or isn't enough to keep it cooled), then yes it is :)
It is often referred to as "keyboarding."
Most computer made in the last 10 years or so have a temperature sensor which prevents the processor from being damaged by overheating. In these cases, when the processor overheats the system will restart. In cases where the processor does not have an overheat protection system the CPU can be damaged. This usually renders the computer completely inoperative, not even able to complete the POST (power on self test) process. In laymans terms, youll turn the machine on, youll hear the fans & disks spin, but nothing will appear on screen. It is important to note that a fried CPU is not the ONLY issue which could cause those symptoms, and that a mildly cooked CPU can have other effects, your milage may vary.
you must only use your computer for only 3-4 hours so that you can prevent over heating You could if you know anything about the components of computers clean all the fans of dust and dirt with a hoover, but be as gentle as possible. this should be done at least once a year. and if you have more than one fan attached to a computer insted of the fan bolwing out hot air it then changes to a vacume taking in the heat making it overheat faster
It is a file in the computer (book) can be read . It often be in PDF .
If a computer's power supply overheats then switch the computer off and let it cool down. Similarly, purchase a laptop stand or computer fan to get cool air flowing around the machine.

Often this happens when a tune up hasn't been done on the car in a long time. It also may happen when one of the cylinders misfires or when the engine overheats.
Dust is usually the major cause of overheating. The case needs to be opened and blow out all the dust around the heatsinks and fans.
If the motherboard overheats then you're in some serious trouble. The motherboard is the "mother" of what occurs within the computer and if it fails, everything else will. Think of it as the spinal cord for a computer and the CPU is the brain.
Each car overheats at a different temperature you need to look up and find out on the internet
You can run it until the processor overheats and shuts down which will not take long. Eventually the processor ECU will fail due to overheating and you will be replacing it.
It could be that your computer needs a new battery. There could be a problem with the fan that cools your computer. If the computer overheats, it will turn off. There could also be some malicious program that is causing your computer to shut down.
Shorts out and overheats or has too much resistance for some other reason and overheats.
Beats me
try a radiator cap......or you have a head gasket leak.
