Assuming that by glass you mean a touch senstitive screen, it is something that a user can interact by merely touching with a finger. User can click on icons open menu and interact with applications all by touching.

I think it means that you have opened too many applications and that you should either delete or close them. I am having trouble with this also. Hope this helps XD

You can close Firefox (and all other Windows applications) by clicking the X in the top right-hand corner.
