Go To The Program on your flash drive click copy go to my computer local disk scroll down to program files copy the folder for the program go into the folder copy the main application go to desktop then click Paste Shortcut

Dropbox does Push Videos, but only in the Main Dropbox Folder. Any Folder in the Dropbox Folder beyond the Main Folder will not Push Videos.
There is no limit per folder - it depends on the capacity of the media that the folder exists on, but its not recommended to save many pictures (thousands) in one folder, its will slow down the computer performance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ When someone wants to access a file in the folder it is typical to get the operating system to open the folder. As the o/s list the files in the folder it will take longer to do so the more files there are.

Plug your flash drive into the USB port on the computer. If a folder does not pop-up immediately, go to your "My Computer" folder and find the USB drive there. Open the folder for the USB drive. Also open the folder the document folder containing the files that you want to put on the flash drive. Drag the documents over to the flash drive folder and a copy will be placed in the folder. Once all of the desired documents have been copied over, you can remove the flash drive from the computer.

I don't know if this is the answer you are looking for but I used to run from a 32gb flash drive. It loaded a lil slower than from HDD but not bad. I didn't install directly to the flash drive. I copied the folder from the computer to the flash drive. I also copied my lotro folder from my user documents so when I use it on another computer I can copy the user folder (small) to their computer and use my plugins.
You can do this a few different ways: 1. You can drag the files onto the USB Flash Drive image, which will be located on your Desktop; 2. You can open the USB Flash Drive and drag files into its window; 3. You can open the folder your files are in, then drag the files onto the USB Flash Drive image located in the "Devices" section in the Finder window.
You can either go to Control Panel and then select programs or add and remove programs depending on your OS. Then find Adobe flash player and uninstall it. or You can run a search for Flash player in your Drive with windows installed in and delete it. Usual place of Flash Player installation is C: /program files/Adobe/
