Backbone
Definitely without internet. One of the first computers was the ENIAC which was made sometime in the 50's i believe. The internet did not come along until many years later.
This will always depend on what services you want to be faster, your computer being used, and internet service being used. With that being said, one of the most efficient, well made, and quickest to use web messengers is AIM Express Web Messenger. It also allows you to connect to facebook, twitter, and MySpace, along with tons of other features.

Check that other computers connected wirelessly to the router have internet. If with internet on other computers everything is ok, check router mac filter. Check firewall settings on your laptop. Try to turn windows firewall off and connect to internet. If it works you have to create manually rules for the firewall in order to use it along with internet. Check your broweser settings such Proxy servers, coneection, network and so on, check your PC on another router (some adapters are not compatible with certain routers).

Earth travels fastest along its orbit in January and slowest in July, but its average speed is 29.78 km/sec (18.5 miles per second).
It travels by conduction.
it travels along the sheet becaues of the wave of energy
The linea alba is the aponeurosis that travels along the ventral abdominal midline.
The fastest traveling wave is the transverse wave of electromagnetic radiation. Along the radiating antenna, it travels at the speed of light. There are two velocity components in space: one is the radial component, which also travels at the speed of light. The other is the transverse velocity component, which increases with distance. In the far, far field, it is much greater than the speed of light. The characteristics of the antenna electromagnetic dynamic field waves were plotted directly from the well known radiation equation,

Impulses that travel along myelinated neurons are the fastest.
The Earth travels along a path called the Ecliptic.
A grounder is a hit that travels along the ground.
