Press the Windows Key to Pull up the Start Menu. You will have to use the arrow keys to navigate to the startup menu.
simple, go to the start menu, you should find the startup folder somewhere there. you can put shortcuts of programs in there so you can run them when your computer starts.

Well some computers have special key shortcuts. On my computer, a key turns off the mouse pad. You are probably clicking a keyboard shortcut.
