Yes. Go to your wii settings and configure it to (Add your router to the wireless settings and enable WiiConnect24). Then go to the Wii Shop Channel and download the Internet Channel for free. This will take a while.

The iPhone support WiFi, so if you connect up to a WiFi connection, you wouldn't need to pay anything special other than of course the internet connection charges that may be associated with the WifFi connection. The iPhone also supports cellular data connection through your cellular service provider. However, you must purchase a package from your service provider to access the internet.
Most summer camps don't allow technology, so you'll have to WRITE letters.Camps really vary in the access, quality, and rules regarding such things. I direct a group of camps in PA and we hire a lot of Camp America staff. We have staff-only WifFi at the camp office, computers accessible on time off, and a dedicated staff phone. Also, we get some mobile phone signal on campus (ATT). We have two dedicated broadband lines connecting the campus, but because we are very remote, they periodically go down for as much as a day at a time. Overall, however, I'd say our access is excellent. Camps on college campuses will have even better access, but wilderness camps may have much worse. Contact your camp and ask them -- if their answer is not detailed, think twice before signing on!
