In 1837, Charles Babbage, a British professor of mathematics described his idea for the Analytical Engine, the first stored-program mechanical computer. The Analytical Engine was designed to be powered by a steam engine and was to use Punched Cards, which was used to program mechanical looms at the time.
It depends on what you mean by computer.
In 1837, Charles Babbage, described his idea for the Analytical Engine, the first stored-program mechanical computer. The Analytical Engine was designed to be powered by a steam engine. this machine was designed to evaluate any mathematical formula it was designed to evaluate any mathematical formula. It was never built.
In 1929, Vanevar Bush built the Differential Analyzer, a programmable mechanical analog computer.
In 1939, John Vincent Atanasoff and Clifford Berry developed the Atanasoff-Berry Computer (ABC) at Iowa State University, which was regarded as the first electronic digital computer. The ABC was built by hand and the design used over 300 Vacuum Tubes and had capacitors fixed in a mechanically rotating drum for dynamic memory.
There are many computing firsts between 1940 and 1955.

The answer depends on how you define a computer. Konrad Zuse built the first electronic computer at Berlin, Germany The first electronic computer in the US was built at Ames, Iowa by John Atanasoff.
The First TV, I mean the first computer was made in Santa Le Cabana France.
Charles Babbage was 33 years old when he designed his first computer but he didn't build
The Countess Ada Augusta of Lovelace is usually credited with designing and writing the first computer program. However as the computer it was written for, Charles Babbage's Analytical Engine, was never built this program was largely an academic exercise. The first program for a computer that was actually built was designed in 1944 and ran on the British cryptanalytic computer Colossus. It is unknown who did the work as the entire project was classified and most of the records were destroyed after the war.The first program for a stored program computer (the type that modern computers are), consisting of 17 instructions, was written by Tom Kilburn, and first ran on June 21, 1948 on the Manchester Baby computer.

a vented battery is vented and the regular battery is regular
A vented gas cap vents the gas fumes into the atmosphere. A non-vented cap system routes the fumes thru the engine to be burned.

In the battery is located in the cabin or in the trunk it must be vented. If it is located under the hood is does not have to be vented.
Vented.
Unless it's electric, it HAS to be vented... If it's not vented it's in violation to UBC. It might be one of the newer furnaces that uses a high efficiency heat exchanger and the exhaust is vented through a plastic pipe, but it's still vented. Assuming you have one of those, just replace the air filter and see if there is any way to oil the motor. Everything else should be computer controlled.
