Because someone has put a filter on your computer. Filters are great things. They keep children from accidently (or on purpose) going to an adult web site. An explicitly adult web site can damage a young child's perspective on what relationships are supposed to be. They have also ruined marriages and jobs and lives. Count your blessings that you can't access them.

You do not say how old you are. If you are very young, and still in grade school, your mind and character is still forming. Being so, you may not have the 'frame' of reference to understand the complex and often confusing world of human emotions, as they pertain to sex, love, romance, morality, commitment.
Adult sexual behavior varies from person to person. Regardless whether any particular person approves, or not, each individual has arrived at what they do through the process of development, growing up, and maturing.
When young, if you get the wrong idea about such sexual behavior, you could very easily lose the wonder, beauty, and Spiritual Love which accompanies a balanced loving relationship. Where the acts of physical love are an 'EXPRESSION' of the love - NOT a destination purely for animal grgratification This is a very important distinction to understand.
So a filter, or a block to such a website probably is placed by someone who has your best interests at heart. In the long run, you would see the wisdom in that.
If you are an adult, consult your internet provider.
This has to do with your computer's security settings. If you click on "TOOLS" in your menu bar, then click "Internet Options", you can then click the tab marked "Security" and make the appropriate changes. This is assuming you are working on an IBM compatible machine (NOT Apple). Depending on where you are working from there can be security blocks put in place. Many schools and public locations restrict certain web sites. Your parents or teachers may have blocked certain types of sites. Your office certainly will restrict what sites you can visit.
your parents probably blocked them or if your computer has anti virus it probably blocked it

You don't go there. School computers block some sites and you are not suppose to be on those sites. When I find students on sites that are not part of the subject/curriculum I take them off the computer.
you need to set parental controls on your computer. follow the directions from this link. http://www.cvc.net/hp/setting_parental_controls.html when you hit step 4 "content advisor" you will click the approved sites tab and input the sites your child is ALLOWED to go to. then follow the rest of the steps. you will have to update the approved links as you check out sites and okay them. so write down the link or bookmark it in your computer user account. and i would password your computer user account so your kids cant reset the information
You need to have access to another computer that can connect to the Microsoft site and download the redistribuable office trial package onto a memory stick and transfer it to your computer.
