However, 90% of technical problems are silly mistakes from the owners point of view, resulting in a broken or damaged device; the owner having failed to read the instruction manual. as that is essential thing to do whenever purchasing a new item with now past experience. In conclusion, it is mostly the purchasers' wrong doing in this kind of situation, therefore not being any technical difficulty of the device; but that would be false if you had bought something second hand of from an unprofessional company; as you might not quite know what has happened in past experiences.
