because a computer has everything like a dictionary and other useful things. it's great help for assignments and homework etc. it's great when you ask a question and they answer it for you. it's basically great for everything!

Because you have to analyze the question first before answering, whereas the framing of a question (to convey the desired intent) may sometimes be harder than answering the same question. Good questions make for easier answering. Also it is important to question with clarity to get the most appropriate answer.
