Yes this is a typical bandwidth problem This phenomenon that takes place is popularly called Buffering You must have seen another colored mark (typically blue) moving ahead of the progress bar of your video (where you see where the video has reached or time of the video) A solution to this is by following the steps: 1. play the video 2. stop the video at once 3.
