There are many different online stores where you can find suitable gifts for your mother. A couple I suggest are www.presentaid.org,www.redenvelope.com or www.gifts.com.
Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) cards are attached to a computer's mother board. Their main purpose is to provide faster graphics rendering for 3d computer graphics.
Yes, the motherboard is affects video graphics.
Definetly a desktop. Most desktops nowadays come with a PCI-16X or PCI-Express slot in the mother board for video cards. And you can install any type of graphics card you want. Most desktops also come with a gaming graphics card, and if you dont like what you have, you can simply remove it and buy the one you want, or upgrade it. But in a laptop you are restricted to what you have inside you box.

There is no evidence to suggest this. Peace.
Nothing... A graphic card is a graphic adapter. A card usually specifies an adapter that is removable in a card slot, when the adapter can also be on the mother board. A graphics card is a graphic adapter, but not all graphics adapters are cards

It obviously varies between model and brand but generally you can upgrade any memory and upgrade to a better battery pack. You can upgrade your drives to be CD burners, DVD burners, DVD players, etc. but only if all components match so heavily research your type or bring it into a computer shop for consultation before committing. Hard Disk Drives can be updated or fixed easily with laptops. Generally this is when there is a problem and you loose all of your data but at least its an easy fix. memory for one thing.
A graphics card is found on your mother board. Your Central Processing unit is completely different I'm afraid. An integrated graphics card means it will be used as RAM if its not needed anywhere else. Dedicated Graphics is naturally better than Integrated but it can only be used as graphics power. I'm not entirely sure what you were trying to get from this. But I hope this helps
No you must have a Nvidia Graphics card/mother board / or cpu...
