yea i have mac and my friend has pc....
Yes. With LogMeIn installed on a PC you can access the PC from a web browser on a Mac.
Skype I think
No. iChat is only written for Mac OS X.
You can have video chats cross-platform if you use software like Skype on both computers or AIM on the PC and iChat on the Mac.
There's an app called flume, you can get it on your mac and it allows you to see DMS on your pc or mac, you are even able to download your chat onto your computer.
Yes. The Windows PC can video chat via several applications such as MS Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Skype, Gmail chat, and AOL Instant Messenger. The Mac can video chat through several of these. Between Macs the Apple application iChat is used. This uses the AIM network and can also talk to Windows AOL Instant Messenger users. Both Macs and Widows computers can video chat via SKYPE and Gmail. For Mac, there is an application called aMSN which can video chat to Windows MSN.
You'll need to use a web-based service. This way you and your friend can enter the website with a PC and a Mac and you'll both be able to talk to one another. One such website is 6rounds.com which works perfectly for both PCs and Macs. I'm a mac user myself and it works perfectly for me.
It is available on: the Mac App Store (Mac) the Chrome Web Store (Mac & PC)
Yes, visit their web site for the download link.
Mac is a PC. You meant windows? Yes, windows can do much more than a Macintosh.
Just like you say it on a PC. Its no different. You must have gone on a safe chat server (the server with a chat sign on it). It doesn't allow you to speak what you want.
if you download skype it works, ive had a lot of problems trying to video chat with my girl friend who has a mac.. it works very well, you wont be dissapointed
