As long as you are the video owner, you should be able to access the video from the program you originally made it with (like Windows Movie Maker, etc.) or at least have it backed up somewhere so you can open it again. Once a video is published, it will not be editable in most cases, so you must re-edit the video in a video editing program and re-upload the newly edited video to complete the editing process.
