Yes, you can grant global access to a SharePoint site while restricting document access at the folder level. This can be done by setting unique permissions for the specific folder, allowing only certain users or groups to access it while maintaining broader access to the site for others. To use an Excel template in SharePoint, first navigate to the document library where the template is stored. Click on the template file to open it in Excel Online or download it to your computer. After making any necessary edits, you can save the file back to SharePoint by choosing "Save As" and selecting the appropriate document library or folder. If you're using the template frequently, you can also create a new document based on the template directly from SharePoint by selecting "New" and then choosing the template.

In Outlook, the folder where a document is located to be moved or copied is typically the "Drafts" folder if it is an email draft, or the "Attachments" section of an email if the document is an attachment. To move or copy a document, you would first find the email containing the document in the relevant folder, open it, and then save the attachment to your desired location on your computer or another folder within Outlook.
You can say, "I saved the document in a folder on my computer." This sentence clearly indicates the location where the document is stored.
