To return your uTorrent to default settings, two files must be removed from the uTorrent Application Data folder.
Close uTorrent
In Windows, to access the folder, click Start>Run and type %AppData%
Then delete, Setttings.dat and Settings.dat.old
Start uTorrent and it will be returned to its default settings.
