In design view you have to do all the work to create something yourself, like design view for tables or forms or queries or reports. This is good if you know what you are doing and are experienced. A wizard will quickly create a basic item. It is fast, but it does not necessarily give you all you need. Some users will use the wizard to create the basic structure and then use design view to add in the specific things they need to do what they want. The wizards are good for forms and reports, but you are more likely to use design view for tables and queries.

A view binder has a clear pocket on the front cover.
A data sheet view shows the data in the database. It allows you to enter and edit the data, but you cannot change the format of the database. Design view allows you to create or change the table, form or any other database object.
In computer language, I perceive the difference between "see" and "view" as the difference between "see" (mere ocular recognition) and "read". For instance, "Click one of the documents you see on the screen to view it".
I think both are same. There is difference between isometric view and isometric drawing that is of size.

You can personally design a report based on a database or query selecting fields you want to add, order the fields to your liking, select a layout for the report and a style which fits the tone of your report. You can then design the report further in the design view.
