Design view and wizard are two different ways of designing or creating a visual element in a software application. The main differences between the two are:
Control: Design view provides full control to the user to create or design an element from scratch, while wizards offer a pre-built template or set of options to choose from.
Flexibility: Design view provides more flexibility to the user in terms of customization and creativity, whereas wizards have limited options and customizations available.
Time: Design view usually takes more time to design an element, while wizards are designed to be quicker and more efficient.
Complexity: Design view can be more complex, especially for those who are not familiar with the design tools or software, while wizards are designed to be more user-friendly and simpler to use.
Knowledge: Design view requires some level of knowledge in design and software tools, while wizards require minimal or no knowledge in design and software tools.
In summary, Design view provides full control and flexibility but requires more time and knowledge, while wizards are quicker and easier to use but have limited options and customizations available. Which approach to choose depends on the specific needs and skills of the user, as well as the complexity of the element being designed.

A view binder has a clear pocket on the front cover.
A data sheet view shows the data in the database. It allows you to enter and edit the data, but you cannot change the format of the database. Design view allows you to create or change the table, form or any other database object.
In computer language, I perceive the difference between "see" and "view" as the difference between "see" (mere ocular recognition) and "read". For instance, "Click one of the documents you see on the screen to view it".
I think both are same. There is difference between isometric view and isometric drawing that is of size.

You can personally design a report based on a database or query selecting fields you want to add, order the fields to your liking, select a layout for the report and a style which fits the tone of your report. You can then design the report further in the design view.
