To create a Snapchat filter using Photoshop, you can start by designing your filter using the appropriate dimensions (1080 x 1920 pixels). Next, use Photoshop tools to add graphics, text, and effects to your design. Once you are satisfied with your filter, save it as a PNG file with a transparent background. Finally, submit your filter to Snapchat for approval and activation on the platform.
