Personally? No. But could someone do this? It's possible. This is the danger of having a computer connected to the internet: it's possible that someone somewhere could see or access your information by either using viruses or other malicious software hidden on your machine or by a less common, direct attack by someone "hacking" into your machine. The vast majority of times, unless you are someone extremely important or well-known, your computer is pried into by special software designed to do this and not by an actual person sitting at a computer somewhere in the world trying to "hack" into your machine. The first best way to combat this danger is by keeping sensitive information OFF your machine. Your social security number, financial information like bank account numbers, and personal addresses and especially passwords are not good things to leave stored on a computer. You can get around this by backing up (of saving copies) of your sensitive information to an external hard drive or even a flash memory drive and putting it away somewhere. Also, a crucial precaution is to either buy antivirus software or get a free copy and keep it frequently updated.
