Sort of. It does not have some of the things you will find in a personal computer, such as optical or hard drives, a separate keyboard or mouse, or expansion slots, but it has many of things a computer has, with RAM, permanent storage, a display, networking and USB. The IOS operating system is not like Windows or OSX (although the upcoming OSX will steal some of the operations from the iPad).
Computer viruses are not built the same way iPod, iPhone, or iPad apps are built. They will not run, and probably will not for a very, very long time.
No, but you can put them on a folder on a computer and then send them to your ipad.
The best way is to record the video output to a computer with a VGA or HDMI dock adapter, and then dub in your voice afterwards. It is not possible to run two programs at the same time with the iPad.
The Ipad is going to start at 499 then work it way down
If you mean Windows Media Player, then yes you can.You just have to convert the file type to MOV, unless it's already that file type.I go to MediaConverter.org to do that.Hope this helps1
If you pay to become an Apple developer, you can install an iPad emulator on your Mac to test apps your write. This is the only way.
There is currently no way to download two of the same app on the iPad, however, if it is a web application that redirects to a web page on Safari, you can create two or more of the same bookmark.
One way is to use DropBox , install it on your computer and on your iPad. Upload your footage to your computer and put the files in the Dropbox folder. This way your files, pictures and video are available to you on any platform.
yes just put it in the right way around and it will work
The same way as all speakers. they are just lower powered.
The iPad is very similar to a computer, but it is also different in many ways. The iPad cannot run the same software as a computer, but there are some applicatiions on the iPad that can do the same thing as computer applications, like Skype and Facebook. Also, the iPad cannot run multiple applications at a time.
If the app is made for both devices, just sync them both with your computer or download the app again from the iPod touch. If it doesn't show, then it won't work.
