To sync infrared headphones with your computer, first ensure that both the headphones and the infrared transmitter are powered on. Position the transmitter so it has a clear line of sight to the headphones, as infrared signals require direct visibility. Then, follow the manufacturer's instructions to pair the devices, which may involve pressing a pairing button on the transmitter and/or the headphones. Once paired, you should be able to hear audio from your computer through the headphones.
