Got this from Microtek for anybody who needs the software for the Filmscan 35 -

FilmScan 35 is an outsourcing product of Microtek Europe ( MEBV ) before. The supplier is Pacific Image Electronics Co.( PIE ). You can find out the company information of PIE from their URL at http://www.scanace.com/.

FilmScan 35 is the same as PrimeFilm 1800U ( PIE's Model ), if you need the scanner driver of FilmScan 35 for Windows 7 system, please link to PIE's URL at http://www.scanace.com/oldweb/download/Cyb_X_SF.htm, and then download the demanded scanner driver S/W : CyberView X V1.18c, SF_ENG.exe ( English version of scanner driver S/W for PC Windows system, file size : 9.6M Bytes. ) from there.

By the information in PIE's website, CyberView X V1.18c, SF_ENG.exe had never tested with FilmScan 35 under Windows 7 system by the engineer of PIE before. Please watch to read this notice well. Thanks.

When you do S/W installation or S/W un-installation under PC Windows system, the scanner can not link with PC computer through an USB cable connection, otherwise, the installation of scanner driver or the un-installation of scanner driver under PC Windows system will be affected.
