I am a general contractor in Minnesota who has installed PGT EZE Breeze windows in a number of sunrooms. (They're called 3 season porches here.) It is a great product. They are fully screened and when closed are very weathertight. The whole room can be transformed into a screened porch in just minutes. (The windows are like a double hung window that slides up and down, but it has 4 rather than 2 panels so about 70% of the opening is screened when the panels are all the way up or down.) The windows are weather tight so I have done finished wood floors and carpet on the interiors. The actual glazing is a super clear and very tough and flexible plastic which is held in place by a spline, much like a screen and is as easily replaceable as a screen. I don't sell the windows so have no vested interest in them. They're just a great product. Below is a link to the web page
